Georgia Brown

RP. Young, engaging, versatile characters & accents, teens to 30's.

Georgia is an actor, director and recent LAMDA graduate from West London. She most recently appeared as Catherine Flaherty in Frank Bascombe: An American Life (BBC Radio 4) alongside Kyle Soller, and before that as The Orator in The Chairs (Orange Tree Theatre), directed by Saniya Saraf. 

She is experienced in voice work, having appeared in several BBC audio dramas, commercials and medical videos (see Broncho-Vaxom extract) from a young age. Georgia speaks with modern RP, which she can heighten or soften to a more contemporary/estuary sound. 

Versatile character actor, great comedy and excellent ability with accents (please see latest Games and Animation demo). Strong, engaging sound, can play teens to late 30s and up in voice work. 

Credits in training include Alice in Mosquitoes, First Witch in Macbeth , The Editor in London, and Love-Spotter/Ensemble in Kneehigh’s adaptation of Tristan and Yseult. Further credits include The Actions by Andy Smith (Manchester Cultural Educational Partnership), Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing (Ensemble Estate) and The Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods.

In addition to her acting work, Georgia is also an accomplished flautist and singer (mezzo), trained in the NYO and Chetham’s School of Music in her younger years. She also runs a theatre company, whatstick theatre, whose multimedia lockdown project ISOLATE was selected as part of the BFI Britain on Lockdown National Archive.
