Amy Pemberton

LONDON / ESSEX. Bright 'n' breezy, versatile, with perfect comic timing. Great characters. Currently based in LA, available remotely.

Amy was born in Essex and trained at Arts Ed.  She's got an excellent ear for accents, her strongest including Australian, Geordie, US, RP and London / Estuary deliveries, and able to sing in all of them.  She also speaks German.

Her TV credits include Alison in Grown-Ups (
BBC3), Alicia in A Reflection, Sadie Carr in The Commander III - Blacklight (ITV), Amy in Odd One In (ITV - where she fooled Peter Andre and Jason Mamford into thinking she was native Aussie!), Jodie Daley in Casualty (BBC1), Gemma Steedman in Doctors (BBC1) and Louise in My Parents Are Aliens (ITV).  You might also have caught her as Sarah Rivers in the award winning THINK! campaign for TFL (Transport for London).  She's also done a spot of presenting, as Bonny in Woollamaloo on SMG TV (Five), and on Milshake! (Five).  More recently she was Lucy in the feature film Storage 24.

On stage she's performed in a number of
West End productions, her roles including Sherrie Christian in Rock Of Ages (Shaftesbury Theatre), Lorraine in Jersey Boys (Prince Edward Theatre) and Ariel Moore in Footloose (Novello).  She's performed in comedies as Megan in In Touch (Trafalgar Studios) and Jenna in Sunburnt (New Theatre Hampstead).  Other roles include the lead in Cinderella (New Theatre Cardiff), Beverley Mantle in Bloodbath (Edinburgh Fringe ཅ)

Her voice work to date includes a number of audiobooks, including five of Doctor Who series, where she played the Doctor's companion Private Sally Morgan.  She also has ADR / dubbing experience following her work on The Commander.  More recently she's been voicing on the Game Of Thrones video game (Telltale).
