Yana is fluent in Slovenian (native), Croatian and Serbian, and is something of an Eastern European generalist, having an ability to reproduce accent deliveries from a wide range of Eastern European countries.  She has trained internationally at several institutions including the Ballet Academy Ljubljana-Slovenia, London Studio Centre, The Method Studio London-Stanislavski, and HB Studio NYC-drama.

Her film appearances include those in Getaway: Black-Monday, Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban, Johnny English, Die Another Day / James Bond, The Chameleon, When The Morning Comes, Juniper Tree and The Saint.  On stage she's performed as Anita Berber / Nun / Danube in Marie Louise (The Gate, London), and Lola in Dame Of Camellias (NT Slovenia).  Her TV appearances include Wire In The Blood, Night And Day, Waking The Dead and The Bill.  She has also been seen in a host of TV commercials including those for Mini, Alpha Romeo, Nissan, Mitsubishi, VW Golf, Walker Crisps, Guinness, British Gas, Ariel and BT.

Yana's voice work is considerable.  She has voiced commercials for Nicorette, Mastercard and Virgin Media, and corporate pieces for Gallup International, the EU Parliament, Sony, Samsung, Oracle, Toyota (for Prius and Amatis), Turkish Airlines, Adria Airways, Reiffeisen Bank, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Bayer, Pfeiser, Johnson & Johnson, and GlaxoSmithKline. 

Her ADR/dubbing experience includes parts in Children Of Men (feature film, Universal), Outpost (Cinema One, Serbian feature film), Trading Places: Gymnastics (BBC TV) and War In Kosovo (news report, ABC News USA), as well as dubbing the movie promo for Nanny McPhee And The Big Bang (Universal).  She has also voiced character for games for Lighting Fish Games (Olena / New U).
