Trine Thielen

FLEMISH-DUTCH. Experienced Belgian actress and voice artist.

Trine is an actress with experience on stage, TV and film.  She is fluent in Flemish, Dutch and English, having worked widely in all three languages. 

On TV she's played Dr Evi Caubergs in Spoed (airing on
Belgium's VTM and the Netherland's NED1), Veronique in Emma (on Belgium's VRT), and she was a regular as Veerle in the TV series 16+ (on VRT1 in Belgium & the Netherlands).  Trine has also had a number of guest parts in various TV shows, including Aspe, Kinderen van Dewindt and Wittekerke.

On film Trine was Kate in the feature film Sacrificed - which won Best Horror in the New York Independent Film & Video Festival (2005).  She's also worked on Angel Wing (a short that was later developed into a feature).

On stage she performed in Russian Beauty and Miss Julie at the Edinburgh Festival (2005), the latter also performed at the National Theatre for the Kosova Infest 2005 International Theatre Festival.

Her voice work spreads across many platforms, voicing in Flemish, Dutch and English.  Her corporates clients include Continental Airlines, Orbit,
Baku (Japan), Hasbro, Xerox, Cisco, Clarks and Garmin.  Her commercial include those for American Airlines, Ola, Benecol, Knorr, Wallonia Belgium and DFDS/Mini-Cruise Break, and promos for Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. 

She has voiced numerous documentaries including Nefertiti Revealed (BBC / Discovery), Inside The Vatican (BBC / Discovery) and Tour du Monde en 80 Vaches (Zom Productions).  She has also regularly voiced for CNH Headline News.

Trine also regularly does translation and subtitling work, between her three languages.
