Suzanne Cave

NORTHERN / RP. Expressive, authoritative, seductive & street. From Liverpool to London. VOG Chimes For Change.

Smoky, smooth and seductively enticing much like a spoonful of warm, manuka honey.  Having spent her youth in the Wirral and with parents coming from Manchester, Suzanne enjoys working in her native North West accents.  However, one would never guess as her voice today resonates as contemporary RP.

Theatre credits include wrestling with gladiators in Trafford Tanzi (national tour), playing Sheila Birling in An Inspector Calls (dir. Stephen Daldry), and numerous rep theatre productions and national tours.  For Radio, she's worked with Jenny Stephens on several BBC Radio 4 plays and enjoyed a six month contract on The Archers

Suzanne's voice jobs have been hugely diverse including voicing characters for a number of Warhammer Games alongside commercial campaigns for Volkswagen, Sainsbury's, Nationwide, Macmillan Cancer Support, First Great Western and Gala Bingo.  She also co-hosted the FCA's PPI campaign in partnership with an animatronic Arnold Schwarzenegger (see video clip in right hand margin of this page).

She has recorded promos for BBC1, BBC4, UKTV and ITV as well as documentaries for National Geographic and The Travel Channel.  Added to this she's voiced many corporate projects and events for clients including Microsoft, BP, Shell, Diesel, and The Eden Project.  Confident with technical content, she was a regular voice for Radical Departures articulating and bringing to life instructional recordings for the medical establishment.  With the emergence of motion capture, Suzanne worked with Centroid and Audio Motion performing both as a physical and vocal artist including a few years playing the role of Angel Destiny in Gerry Anderson's Captain Scarlet animation series.  Recently Suzanne has recorded for Soltec and Minima, voicing new product launches for both these cutting edge tech companies.

One of her career highlights was being involved in Chime For Change, a Live Aid style concert set up to help empower girls and women around the world. Suzanne's Voice of God was broadcast to over 150 countries worldwide where she introduced a star studded list including Beyonce, Jessie J, Madonna, J-Lo and Salma Hayek.

In compliment with acting and voice work, Suzanne is a qualified executive coach I.L.M Level 7 and  currently studying for ICF accreditation.  She has designed and delivered a number of courses on Personal Impact and Public Speaking for undergraduates at Hult University, London and worked facilitating and coaching in industries right across the public and private sector.  She's also a regular volunteer with a number of organisations such as Parent Gym (Philanthropic arm of Mind Gym) and the children's charity Scene & Heard.
