RP. Practical mumsy to Bond Girl. Warmth & energy with a steady hand.

Kate has a wide range of English accents including Cockney, Birmingham, Liverpool, Midlands and Lancashire, as well as Australian and New Zealand accents.

Kate was weaned on showbiz having toured since childhood with her Bond Girl mum, Eunice Gayson, and treading the boards herself since the age of sixteen.  She trained in The National Youth Music Theatre and at
Warwick University.

Her theatre credits include Audrey in As You Like It (national tour), Miss Casewell in The Mouse Trap (
West End), and umpteen seasons of Rep.  Other credits include Prince Charming in Cinderella (Freud Playhouse, Los Angeles), and Fairy Goodwill in Robin Hood (York Playhouse), and Bridget in the musical Slice Of Saturday Night.  She has also thrown herself around the softly padded cell of live comedy as a compere, performer and writer.

Her film and TV credits include the James Bond: GoldenEye, The Myopic Man, The Ragged Child (BBC) and Speak Out (BBC).

Kate's voice work includes commercials for Haagen-Dazs, Lemsip, E4, Going Places, First Class Mortgages, BUPA, Nick Hornby's book Slam, several movie ads such as We Were Soldiers, This Year's Love and Golden Bowl, and promos for Nickelodeon. 

Her corporate VO clients include the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service), Diagio, Balfour Beatty, British Gas, British Energy, Neutrogena, Johnson & Johnson, UBS Bank, Lloyds Bank, Ford and TMP Worldwide. 

Kate's also recorded documentary reads for CBS News, BBC World, Channel 4 (e.g.'Reflections'), Five (e.g. 'www.sex') and National Geographic ('Seconds From Disaster'), and audiobooks for Penguin
