GEORDIE. Versatile North Eastern VO. Full of bounce and banter!
William is a recent graduate from Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, with a broad range of native Geordie and North East deliveries. Other accents include RP, cockney, Welsh, Yorkshire, Lancashire and American (Standard & South). His voice age range is 20s and 30s, with deliveries ranging from loud and brash to warm and calming.
Since graduating his theatrical credits include Caliban in The Tempest, Macduff in Macbeth (both with the Young Shakespeare Company), Williams / Gower in Henry V, Charles & William in As You Like It (both with the British Shakespeare Company), and Stuart in Lee Hall’s Cooking With Elvis (Gatehouse Theatre, Highgate) – one barbarically comic production! More recently he’s performed as Nimbo in The Last Snow Rider and Mark Harley in A Village Life – both with the NTC Touring Company.
His on-screen credits include Carrier / Richard’s Soldier in Sweet Swan Of Avon (Miramar Films), and comedy sketch roles in Urban Legends (Cine Flix). He’s also appeared in corporate pieces for the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
Outside of acting William also has experience as a stand-up comic, so he’s certainly able to think on his feet!
